At Footpatrol, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Goods

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing bag or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Choose a Carrier

  Select your preferred return method from our list of approved couriers and print your prepaid shipping label or generate a digital QR code.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 working days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
